Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies?
Yes and no. If the customer pays for the cleaning products, then they will be kept at the customers’ property, and the cleaner will restock when they run out. Basically, the customer has to do nothing in this case. However, if they don’t pay for cleaning products, then the customer has to supply their own cleaning products and restock them. In this case the cleaner will leave the empty bottles on visible sight as a reminder.
Note that you need to provide a vacuum cleaner along with a mop and bucket as these are not included in the service.
Will I always have the same cleaner?

What if I need to change my booking?
We understand schedules can change. Just give us a call and we will be happy to rearrange the service at your convenient time. However, keep in mind that if you reschedule, another cleaner might be assigned for that day based on availability. If you wish to change the schedule permanently, then it is possible that another cleaner might be assigned, in this case permanently.
